Birthday cake in a cookie!

I loved the amount of crunch, and buttery sugar that burst from the birthday cake crisp! The sprinkles on top aren’t just decoration—they add a playful texture and color that makes each cookie feel like a party. Highly recommended for birthdays—or any day that could use a bit of sparkle.

Delicious but Fragile

I love Eleni's cookies and was looking for great tasting cookies without dyes as favors for an event I was hosting. I purchased the birthday cake cookies to repackage as favors since I couldn't find any prepackaged available directly from Eleni's. Roughly 30% of the cookies broke before I could repackage them - about 10% upon arrival (the last cookie in every box was broken upon opening) and the rest during handling. I ordered a bit more than needed but it still wasn't enough. Excellent for self consumption though. I wish Eleni's would offer favor or small pack versions of their standard cookies on their website.
