You can, of course, order online. We offer a Corporate Order form for larger business gift-giving to your colleagues, employees, and partners. On weekends and holidays, while our office is closed, we will do our best to respond to any email inquiry the next business day.

Can Eleni's assist with business gifts and large orders?

Can I create an account after I start placing my order?

Cookies so nice, you’ll want to order them twice! Yes, after your order is completed, you can choose to create an account for all future yummy Eleni’s purchases!

Is there an order minimum?

Our personalized photo cookies have an order minimum of 24 cookies per photo. For customized hand-iced cookies, we have an order minimum of 24 cookies per design.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We like to say, "The sooner the better". We will not ship the cookies out until your selected ship date.

Can you hold my order for a future date?

Yes! At checkout you choose what day you would like to ship your order out.

Will the frosting melt in the heat of summer?

No. That is the beauty of royal icing. We ship to Hawaii, Florida, Las Vegas...you show us the heat, our royal icing will still be standing strong.

How many cookies per person should I serve?

The catering rule of thumb is 2-3 cookies per person, depending on what other desserts are being served. If Eleni’s cookies are the sole and featured dessert, we recommend increasing this quantity. If the cookies are to add a little something extra to ice cream or cake, you will only need a few to jazz up your dessert table.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

I already placed my order. Can I change part of it, such as the delivery date, delivery address, product or gift message?

Once the order is in the production stage, we are unable to make any changes to the order. If you want to double-check something, call our Cookie Concierge team immediately to learn if updates can be made to your order. Call 888-435-3647, Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm ET and we would be happy to check if changes are possible at the time of your call.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged, or if I was given the wrong cookies?

We are so sorry that our cookies did not arrive to your standards, please see our Returns Policy page, and feel free to contact our cookie concierge team Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm ET at 888-435-3647 or email us and we will do our very best to ensure that you are fully satisfied.

Can you individually wrap cookies in a particular gift set?

No, unfortunately we are not able to offer this service.

Can I order just 1 cookie that I see and LOVE from a certain gift set?

It is a ‘YES’ you can order that 1 decorated cookie you love, but you must order 24 of that particular cookie. For each custom order we take, we must stop our standard production planned months in advance to accommodate each and every custom order. We LOVE doing this, but we do have a minimum quantity requirement and a 7-business day lead time.

Can I customize my own cookies?

Yes. You can absolutely design your own cookies. With enough lead time, we can make just about any cookie you can imagine. We offer Picture Perfect photo cookies, artwork or any logo can be printed directly onto the icing of the cookies, which looks great, and tastes even better. And we are proud to make artisanal hand-iced decorated cookies: intricate, beautiful and delicious. For inspiration see hundreds of custom cookies to inspire your creation in our gallery. Can I hand ice on top of a custom photo cookie?

Yes, we LOVE doing this, but we do have a minimum quantity requirement and a 14-business day lead time. Contact a member of our cookie concierge team at 888-435-3647 or sales@elenis.com, and we would be happy to answer any questions and help you order cookies from Eleni’s.

Can you photoshop and improve my photo before it is placed on a cookie?

No, the cookie will only look as clear as the photo supplied. It will taste amazing, but you might be disappointed in the photo and cookie appearance if a quality photo is not provided. Photos should be 300dpi for optimal printing.

Will there be an invoice included with my gift?

Most of our orders are gifts, as a rule we never include an invoice or prices within our packages. Instead we put all of order information into an email, which we only send to the purchaser.

My package does not include the senders name, how to I find out who it is from?

Oh, so maybe you have a secret admirer?! Usually our customers add their names to the orders. If you receive a cookie gift from Eleni’s and do not know who it is from, simply call us at 888-435-3647, Monday – Friday from 9am – 6pm ET, or email us sales@elenis.com, and we can share further order details with you.

Do you offer multi ship for business gifts? Can I send the same gift to all of my clients, and have you handle it all?

How much lead time do I need for my business gifts?

We offer a wide range of stock gifts, that can ship same day on orders taken before 12pm ET. We need 7-business days to bake and hand decorate custom business party favors and logos. Holiday gift boxes can be personalized with a logo, with as little as a 12-business day lead time, 24 unit minimum. Intricate, branded, customized gift boxes can be designed, fabricated and shipped in as little as 18 business days, from the time the sample is approved, and order is placed and paid for in full.

What is the minimum order size?

The minimum order quantity is 24 for Picture Perfect™ Photo Cookies or Custom Hand Decorated Cookies.

Do you discount hand-decorated custom shaped cookie orders?

We do take into account lead times, quantities, time of year, and capacity of custom work at the time of any request. We strive to be competitively priced and want your corporate gifts business. However, with hand decorated cookies, each little addition of frosting, painstakingly hand added with precision, our prices. Please provide event details here, and someone from our cookie concierge will contact you within the next business day.

Do your lead times increase during the holidays?

Yes, the lead time required can increase during November and December. We highly encourage customers to order corporate gift products in advance. While we strive to fulfill every Custom Cookie order in 7 days, we cannot guarantee this quick turnaround time during Holidays.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

An order confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser's email as soon as your order is processed. It will include your order number, the order total, and the shipping information.

Can Eleni's place a photograph or corporate logo on a product?

Definitely! With a 24-cookie order minimum, we can add your photo, logo or graphic to our Picture Perfect™ Photo Cookies using food-safe edible ink. You can either upload your own cookie design and place the order online or you can email our Cookie Concierge team with an image or logo at a resolution of 300 dpi or higher, along with any additional details (i.e. quantity, desired date of delivery, etc.). Do you use sugar paper on your Picture Perfect™ Photo cookies?

No. Each cookie is hand-iced with the Royal Frosting. Then printed with edible ink, directly onto the delicious sugar cookies, each cookie art tastes even better than it looks.

Can I have branded ribbon created for cookie party favors?

Do you offer RUSH services on corporate gift products?

Yes, with certain corporate gifts orders, and specific cookie requests, including some photo cookie designs, we can offer RUSH production. There is a handling fee, on top of expedited shipping costs. Please email sales@elenis.com to learn more.

Can I return a custom corporate order?

We do not accept returns or refunds for personalized cookies.


How do my cookies ship?

We offer 3 shipping methods:

  1. Ground shipping, cookies will arrive within 3 – 7 business days (Monday – Friday). All stock cookie gift orders received by 12pm EST can ship out same day. Except during the holidays when it can take up to 48 hours to process orders with Ground shipping selected. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time for standard ground shipments.
  2. Expedited 2-Day shipping will arrive on the 2nd business day by 4:30pm in most areas, however please note this can be as late as 8 PM to certain residences.
  3. Expedited Overnight will arrive the next business day by 4:30pm in most areas, however please note this can be as late as 8pm to certain residences. Some large orders may require extra processing time. If your order requires extra time to fulfill, we will contact you via phone and/or email.

What are Elenis.com’s shipping terms and conditions?

You choose at checkout when you would like your order shipped from our Cookie HQ right to your door. If selecting standard ground delivery, we recommend selecting a ship date 3 – 7 business days before you would like to receive your treats. Transit days are Monday – Friday, and do not include weekends. All orders, except for custom orders received by 12pm EST can ship out the same business day unless a later delivery date is specified at checkout.

We can only guarantee delivery to the address you provided at checkout. Shipments that you choose to re-direct or send to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to be delivered. We highly recommend that you have your cookies arrive several days prior to your event. Our cookies are made to love and to last, so please arrange for delivery a few days before your party in case of weather or delivery issues. If you need your order delivered on a specific date, please select Expedited 2-day or Standard Overnight Shipping when you are choosing your delivery date. Eleni's New York® is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost or damaged packages due to inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

At this time, we cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.

Do you offer weekend delivery?

Currently, Saturday delivery is not available on Elenis.com, nor is it available to every zip code in the USA. Our Cookie Concierge team is available to help if you need a gift delivered on the weekend. Please call us at 1-888-435-3647 or email us and we will do everything possible to make a Saturday delivery happen.

Are there any re-delivery fees?

Eleni’s is not responsible for failed deliveries when:

  1. You provide an incorrect or outdated address;
  2. Your recipient is out of town or not available, or
  3. You do not provide a corrected/new delivery address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.

Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for the carrier.

Can you ship internationally?

We are happy to ship internationally! Simply call 888-435-3647 Monday – Friday from 9am – 6pm EST or send an email and we will be happy to assist you with shipping cookies internationally. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Eleni’s is not responsible for delays or additional tax charges due to customs.

Do you offer same-day shipping?

Yes! If your order is placed before 12pm EST, in stock items can ship the same day!

Can I ship my gifts to multiple addresses?

Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

When your order has left our Cookie HQ, you will receive a shipment email including the tracking number for each shipment. You can also track your order any time from Elenis.com. You simply call us at 888-435-3647 Monday – Friday from 9am – 6pm EST, or email us and our Cookie Concierge team can help you track each shipment.


What is your return and replacement policy?

We guarantee that you will be delighted with the taste, freshness, quality, artisanship and presentation of our cookies. If you are not satisfied with your order, it arrives damaged, or incorrect in any way we will work to resolve this for you. Our Cookie Concierge team is available from 9am – 6pm ET. Monday – Friday to assist you. Please call us at 888-435-3647 or email us sales@elenis.com and we will be happy to work with you to correct the cookie-issue.

Eleni's NYC does not accept returned cookies, under any circumstances, with the exception of an order arriving damaged or incorrect.  Refunds and returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and Eleni’s reserves the right to limit replacements. Customers with any disputes or issues regarding an order must notify Eleni’s within 24 hours of receiving the package. Customers must also provide a photo of any disputed cookies or products. Eleni’s does not refund shipping nor rush fees under any circumstance.

Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Unfortunately, and due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must reroute your order. Eleni’s cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt (or that you have updated or revised through any customization options with our carrier).  Eleni's does not accept returns nor extend refunds for orders that have been delayed by the carrier.

Eleni’s must be alerted of any and all disputes with the shipping carrier within 24 hours.

Do Eleni’s Cookies contain nuts?

Absolutely not! Eleni’s Cookies pride themselves on being 100% Nut Free. As a mother of 2 school-aged children, Eleni knows that having access to nut free desserts is of paramount importance.  Please note, our cookies are manufactured in a facility that may come in contact with nuts, sesame and coconut.

How do you ensure your suppliers commit to Eleni’s 100% nut free commitment?

We know that an allergic reaction may be produced by even the most minute contamination, which is why we take every precaution to provide a safe, nut free environment for our products.

All of Eleni’s crisp cookies are Kosher certified.

Do you have a Kosher certification?

Our Crisp Cookie line is certified by KSA Kosher or OU Kosher.

Is shipping Kosher certified as well?

All products coming into our dedicated Fulfillment and Shipping facility are packaged and certified Kosher, before they are received. Once in the plant, this strict policy is maintained.


What is the shelf life of Eleni’s hand-iced sugar cookies?

Eleni's custom hand-iced cookies have a shelf life of 6 months. To keep flavor and icing intact after opening, we recommend placing them in a zip-lock bag or airtight container and freezing for up to 6 months. Simply bring to room temperature a few hours before enjoying.

What is the shelf life of Eleni’s Photo Cookies?

Eleni’s personalized Photo Cookies also have a cookies shelf life of 2-3 months when left in our packaging. They will remain fresh up to 6 months if frozen; please bring to room temperature a few hours before consuming. Freezing our Photo Cookies may cause smudging of the ink, please freeze cookies with caution.

What is the shelf life of Eleni’s Color Me!® Cookies?

Eleni's Color Me! cookies have a shelf life of 6 months. To keep flavor and icing intact after opening, we recommend placing them in a zip-lock bag or airtight container and freezing for up to 6 months. Simply bring to room temperature a few hours before enjoying.

What is the shelf life of Eleni’s Everyday Crisp Cookies?

Our Everyday crisp cookies are awesome after 9 months post purchase (yay!), when left in their original Eleni’s Cookies packaging. You could also store in an air tight cookie storage container, to maintain their crispness. Pro baker’s tip here: never freeze or refrigerate our crisp cookies, as you might alter their flavor.

Can I refrigerate or freeze cookies from Eleni’s to enjoy at a later date?

Please do not refrigerate Eleni’s cookies. We do not suggest refrigerating our cookies, as that can cause a change in consistency.

Can I freeze the cookies? Yes, you can. If you are not able to enjoy your delicious cookies right when you get them, don’t worry: you can either leave them in their original packaging, they stay fresh and can be enjoyed at a later date. Or depending on the type of cookies your received, freeze them for up to 6 months and enjoy them later!

Please keep in mind that freezing our personalized Photo Cookies, as well as, our Color Me! ® Cookies after color has been added, may cause smudging in the ink, so please freeze with caution.

How should I store the cookies, if I want to keep them fresh tasting?

If your plan is to enjoy or gift Eleni’s cookies at a later time, the best way to store them is to keep them in their original packaging. Once open, you can just place the cookies in a zip-lock bag and keep them in a dry place. You can also pop them into an air-tight container, if you prefer.

How do I bring the cookies to room temperature once they are removed from storage?

If you froze our cookies, and are now ready to enjoy, just take them out of the zip-lock, place them on a plate and allow them to come to room temperature. This will take approximately 1-2 hour(s) if the cookies were stored in the freezer. Or…you could also eat them frozen, they are perfect as ice cream sandwiches!

What if I am not happy with the freshness of the cookies?

Are your products all natural?

Our Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Ginger Snappy, Butterscotch, Birthday Cake, Lemon Sea Salt and Pink Sugar cookies from our Crisp Collection are all 100% all natural cookies made from the finest ingredients.

Eleni’s signature decorated Sugar Cookies, Color Me! Cookies, and Personalized Photo Cookies are not all natural cookies as the artificial coloring used to make these unique works of art - may contain one or more of the following: FD&C red 40, FD&C blue 1; FD&C red 3, FD&C yellow 5; emulsifier: polysorbate 80; preservative: methylparaben (0,1%).

Are any of Eleni’s cookies gluten-free?

We do not offer Gluten Free Cookies at this time. We do not have a certified gluten free kitchen and, therefore, cannot guarantee safety for those with celiac disease.

Are any of Eleni’s cookies vegan?

No, unfortunately we do not have a vegan recipe at this time.

Are any of Eleni’s cookies dairy-free?

Eleni’s cookies are not dairy and egg free cookies. Each type of cookies made with the finest quality ingredients available including eggs and sweet butter.

What are the ingredients of Eleni’s cookies?

We feature our ingredients for every single cookie on each product page within our Ingredients menu.

Our decorated cookies, our personalized Picture Perfect™ cookies, as well as the Color Me! ™ cookies are baked using the following ingredients:

Unbleached unbromated enriched wheat flour, butter [cream, natural flavoring], confectioner’s sugar [sugar, cornstarch], whole eggs, pure and artificial vanilla extract [water, propylene glycol, vanillin, sugar, caramel color.], baking soda [sodium bicarbonate], salt. Icing; Confectionerês sugar [sugar, cornstarch], dried egg whites, water, meringue powder [sugar, dextrose, egg whites, corn starch, agar, cream of tartar, salt, artificial flavor].

Ink Ingredients:

water; ethanol; humectant; glycerin; artificial coloring - may contain one or more of the following: FD&C red 40, FD&C blue 1; FD&C red 3, FD&C yellow 5; emulsifier: polysorbate 80; preservative: methylparaben (0,1%).

Do dark colors and black edible ink…. color your tongue?

Yes, it can happen that you will be in the middle of enjoying a graduation cap cookie and notice (or your friend might notice) your tongue a bit dark in color. It happened once during a group graduation photo, which brought it to our attention! Beware for black Bat Cookies as well.

What are the ingredients of Eleni’s Color Me!™ markers?

Purified water, Propylene Glycol, FD&C colors: Red # 40 or # 3, Blue # 1, Yellow # 5 or # 6, citric acid and sodium benzoate as preservatives. These markers contain purified water and very small percentage of food coloring therefore, do not have any nutritional value.

How can I make sure my party favor cookies are original Eleni’s cookies?

Easy! Take a look at the back of the party favor cellophane wrapper, and if you see our logo and company information…well, then you’re in luck because what you have in your hands is one of Eleni’s signature delicious cookies!

What is the difference between hand-iced and photo cookies?

Glad you asked! Of course both are special and delicious (obviously!) but there are, indeed, some differences.

Hand-iced cookies are iced by hand. For each hand-iced cookie, we roll the dough, use a cookie cutter, just like you would in your home. Then we outline the cookies with Royal Icing, fill them in with a “flood” of royal icing, of looser consistency, and then decorate and depending on the design, decorate and decorate- all by hand. We have a team of artists specifically trained just to make our signature Conversation Cookies. Each cookie is made by hand, which makes every cookie unique.

For our Picture Perfect™ photo-cookies, we roll the dough, use a cookie cutter and bake just like you would in your home. We then outline the cookies with Royal Icing, and fill them in with a “flood” of royal icing of a looser consistency. Finally, we hand-print an image onto the cookie, using our finest edible ink directly onto each cookie. We do NOT use sugar films.

Do you bake anything other than cookies?

We make delicious and award-winning cookies of various types, that’s it!

How many cookies are in your cookie gift sets?

Eleni's signature baked goods are made completely by hand. They are the product of hours upon hours of brainstorming, imagining; designing and redesigning; carefully hand-cutting and hand-icing layers upon layers of intricate colors and textures; fitting each puzzle-piece-like shape into our signature gift packaging to ensure perfection upon arrival. No conveyer belts, no automated decorating, no mass production. It's all done the old-fashioned way, one cookie at a time.
