WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS AND CUT-OFF TIMES?

Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern, Monday – Friday ship same day.

Except custom orders with specific lead times to bake, decorate and or print your custom cookie party favors. We just need more time for this artisanal cookie perfection.

GROUND SHIPPING. Cookies will ship on the date you select at check out. Orders typically arrive within 3 – 7 business days from the day of shipment. All stock cookie gift orders received by 12:00pm EST can ship out same day. Except during the holidays when it can take up to 48 hours to process orders with Ground shipping selected. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time for any ground shipments.

EXPEDITED 2-Day. Select the ship date and choose expedited 2-day delivery option and the order will arrive on the 2nd business day by 4:30pm in most areas. Please note delivery can be as late as 8:00 PM to certain residences.

EXPEDITED Overnight. Select the ship date and choose overnight delivery option. Orders will arrive the next business day by 4:30pm in most areas, please note this can be as late as 8:00 PM to certain residences.

WHAT ARE ELENIS.COM’S SHIPPING RECOMMENDATIONS?

At checkout you choose a "Ship Date" when you would like your order shipped from our Cookie HQ to be delivered to your front door. If selecting standard ground delivery, we recommend selecting a ship date 3 – 7 business days before you would like to receive your treats. Transit days are Monday – Friday, and do not include weekends. All orders received by 12:00 pm EST can ship out the same business day for all in stock product. 

We can only guarantee delivery to the address you provided at checkout. Shipments that you choose to re-direct or send to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to be delivered.  We highly recommend that you have your cookies arrive several days prior to your event. Our cookies are made to love and to last, so please arrange for delivery a few days before your party in case of weather of delivery issues. If you need your order delivered on a specific date, please select Expedited 2-day or Overnight Shipping when you are choosing your delivery date. Eleni's New York® is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost or damaged packages due to inclement weather, couriers like FedEx /UPS or other factors out of our control.


ARE THERE ADDRESSES YOU CANNOT DELIVER?

At this time, we cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.

DO YOU OFFER WEEKEND DELIVERY?

Currently, Saturday delivery is not available on Elenis.com, nor is it available to every zip code in the USA. Our Cookie Concierge team is available to help if you need a gift delivered on the weekend. Please call us at (929)-706-8100 or email us and we will do everything possible to make a Saturday delivery happen.

ARE THERE ANY RE-DELIVERY FEES?

Eleni’s is not responsible for failed deliveries when:

  1. You provide an incorrect or outdated address.
  2. Your recipient is out of town or not available, or
  3. You do not provide a corrected/new delivery address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.

Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for the carrier.

CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are happy to ship internationally! Simply call (929)-706-8100 Monday – Friday from 9am – 6pm EST or send an email and we will be happy to assist you with shipping cookies internationally. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Eleni’s is not responsible for delays or additional tax charges due to customs.

CAN I SHIP MY GIFTS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

WILL I RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

When your order has left our Cookie HQ, you will receive a shipment email including the tracking number for each shipment. You can also track your order any time from Elenis.com. You simply call us at (929)-706-8100 Monday – Friday from 9am – 6pm EST, or email us and our Cookie Concierge team can help you track each shipment.
