Do you use Edible Paper?
No! Our photo and logo cookies get printed directly onto the frosting. Pure, delicious cookie taste with a clear image of your photo or logo. No gross sugar paper– not ever.

Absolutely yes, call us at 888-435-3647 or email us at photo@elenis.com. We make custom cookies. We can customize the shape, design, text, and color. Please note there is a 48-cookie minimum, and ten business day lead time from the day the order is placed.
Can I have a custom shape for my photo cookie?
We can customize the shape, design, text, and color of our photo and logo cookies. For all custom cookies we have a minimum of 48-cookies and 15 business day lead time from the day the order is placed.
Are Your Products Nut-Free?
Products that are labeled as “nut-free” contain no peanuts, tree nuts, or nut products. The cookies are produced in a facility that does bake cookies that are topped with peanuts. This production is never in the same part of the bakery as our photo cookie bake, print and packaging. The baking trays, ovens, and equipment are never used with any cookie other than our photo and logo cookies. Allergen swabs of all equipment are taken daily to ensure no cross-contamination.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
Orders placed for immediate delivery, immediate delivery being our standard 3-day lead time, must be canceled within several hours after placing the order. With a 3-day turn around, we start scheduling production immediately from the time order is placed, making it very difficult and costly to cancel. Please call us at 888-435-3647 to cancel. Orders placed for events weeks and months in advance can be canceled, please email photo@elenis.com.
How are the Cookies Packaged
Our cookies are each individually packaged by hand. Depending on your order options, they are either heat-sealed in our poly-bags or Bow-Tied with white ¼ inch grosgrain ribbon in cellophane bags (it’s really cute). The cookies are then carefully packaged with bubble-wrap and packing paper to make sure they arrive safely in your hands.
