Eleni’s offers Next Day Air (including Saturday delivery), 2nd Day Air, and Ground (up to 7 business days) shipping options. All orders received by 3 p.m. EST will ship out the same day, unless a later date is specified.
In order to guarantee that a package arrives on a specific date, you must select Next Day Air service. Orders not shipped via Next Day Air can arrive earlier and ruin the surprise!
We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide via the shipping method you select. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We highly recommend that you have your cookies arrive several days prior to your event.
Eleni’s website currently only processes orders shipping within the United States. If you need to ship internationally, please contact Customer Service at 888-435-3647.
Same-day messenger service is available in the New York Tri-State Area for Eleni's signature cookies and cupcakes. Free Next-Day Delivery is also available for orders $40 or more to any 24-hour residential doorman building in Manhattan (7 days a week!). Orders must be placed by 3pm EST for next-day delivery.
