**Please note, UPS cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for ground shipments and we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide via the shipping method you select. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We highly recommend that you have your cookies arrive several days prior to your event. If you need your order delivered on a specific date, please select UPS Next Day Air or Air Saver. This is the only way to guarantee delivery on a specific date.
Area Exceptions
Shipping options to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are determined by delivery area. Therefore, orders to these areas must be placed directly with a representative. Please contact Customer Service at 888-435-3647 for assistance.
