Eleni's Messenger Rules:

- Place your order by 3:00 PM EST for same day delivery in New York City.

- Please allow a three-hour turn-around time for this service.

- Eleni's messenger service delivers to office and doorman apartment buildings. We won’t leave the package in front of your doorstep since someone may walk by and be tempted to eat your cupcakes or cookies.

- We can’t guarantee a delivery time for this shipping method. You know how the traffic and weather can be.

- If we deliver a package to a non-doorman building and the recipient isn’t available to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery at a fee of $27.95.
