How many cookies should I buy if I am having x amount of people?

The catering rule of thumb is 2-3 cookies per person, depending on what other desserts are being served. 

If it is only our cookies, error on the high side; if the cookies are to augment ice cream and cake, error on the 

low side.

 

Do you have a catalog and can I be added to your mailing list?

Yes. And yes! Please email us at sales@elenis.com with your name, address, phone, and email address.


What is your return policy?

Eleni's has been baking and icing cookies for over 10 years. We take great pride 

in providing our customers with a quality product and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with 

your purchase from Eleni's Chelsea MarketStore, please return it with a copy of your receipt for either an 

exchange or credit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase placed either over the phone or on Elenis.com, 

please call our customer service line at 888-435-3647 to help process your return or exchange. 

 

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes. We can ship orders to multiple addresses and charge each order per recipient. If you are shipping to 

multiple recipients at one address, there is still a delivery fee per recipient.

 

What forms of payment are accepted? 

We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 

 

Is there sales tax? 

There is no sales tax on any baked good that we make at our bakery. 

 

How do I know if something I purchased is on backorder? 

If one of our items is on back order, the next available ship date will be posted in the copy description. You can 

still pre-order that item for the next available ship date. 

 

How can I check the status of an order? 

Please call our customer service line at 888-435-3647 Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm. We would be happy to 

track it for you.

 

Will Eleni's confirm my online order?

After you hit the COMPLETE button on the check out page,a CONFIRMATION page will appear with a 

message stating “Your order has been received. You may print this order confirmation now.” You will then also 

receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, your order has not gone through 

with Elenis.com. 

 

Can Eleni's assist with business gift giving and large orders? 

We would love to provide assistance with gift ideas, custom orders or just about anything cookie related. 


Can Eleni's place a photograph or corporate logo on a product? 

Yes! We can add your image as an edible image to our cupcakes or sugar cookies. We will need you to e-mail 

your logo as a jpeg attachment at a resolution of 300 dpi. You can e-mail us at sales@elenis.com or give us 

a call at 888-435-3647 for more information or to place an order. We then print it on a piece of edible sugar 

paper and use food coloring as the ink. Since we are working with food materials, it is difficult to match exact 

colors to your logo.
