Eleni's uses an independent messenger service to deliver to office and doorman apartment buildings. This service will not leave the package in front of your doorstep since someone may walk by and be tempted to eat your delicious cookies or cupcakes!
Free Next-Day Delivery is available for orders $40 or more to any 24-hour full service residential doorman building in Manhattan (7 days a week!). Orders must be placed by 3pm EST for next-day delivery. Product generally arrives before noon, but this is not guaranteed. IF you require an earlier morning delivery, just let us know and we’ll take care of you!
Same-Day orders received by 3:00 PM EST are guaranteed to be delivered within three hours of placing the order (unless, of course, it’s snowing, there’s a MTA strike or President Obama’s motorcade is in town).
Delivery Rates
Manhattan: $15 Cookies, $25 Cupcakes; Brooklyn, Bronx, & Queens: $40 All orders; Staten Island: $60 All Orders
If a delivery attempt has been made but is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery, at which point you will be charged in the amount of the initial delivery fee (or the according delivery fee on free-next day delivery orders). Please note: Cupcakes that are delivered more than 12 hours after initial delivery attempt will be re-made at cost, requiring a 50% product fee in addition to the re-delivery charge.
