Eleni's uses an independent messenger service to deliver to office and doorman apartment buildings. This service won’t leave the package in front of your doorstep since someone may walk by and be tempted to eat your cookies or cupcakes.
If a delivery attempt has been made but is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailable recipient, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery at a fee of $27.95.*
Please use our UPS options for non-doorman buildings.
Same day orders received by 3:00 PM EST are guaranteed to be delivered within three hours of placing the order (unless, of course, it’s snowing, there’s a MTA strike or President Obama’s motorcade is in town).
